授業料減免/大学推薦型奨学金
2026年度「横浜市立大学外国人留学生給付型奨学金制度（授業料減免）」と2027年度「学外奨学財団等大学推薦型奨学金」
2026年度よりYCU外国人留学生給付型奨学金制度（授業料減免）の適用対象者は「博士後期課程に在籍する留学生で要件を満たす者」のみとなります。
※学部・博士前期課程に在籍している留学生は減免対象外になります。
一方、2027年度受給する学外奨学財団等大学推薦型奨学金については、2026年度も対象を変えず例年通り行います。2026年度在籍する留学生向けに2026年4月に大学推薦型奨学金の説明会を行います。説明会の詳細は3月下旬までに本ページ及びYCU-Boardにてお知らせします。
（博士後期課程に在籍する留学生向けの授業料減免制度の説明会も同時期に行います）

-Procedures for 2026 YCU tuition fee reduction and 2027 university recommended scholarships for international students-
Starting From the 2026 academic year onward, the YCU Tuition Fee Reduction Scholarship for International Students will be available exclusively to students enrolled in doctoral (Ph.D.) programs.
*Those enrolled in undergraduate or master's programs will no longer be eligible for this tuition reduction.
On the other hand, candidates for university‑recommended external scholarships (for the 2027 academic year) will continue to be recruited in 2026 under the same eligibility criteria in previous year.
Information sessions for university‑recommended external scholarships will be held in April 2026 for international students enrolled in the 2026 academic year. Details about the sessions will be announced on this page and on the YCU‑Board by late March.
(Information sessions regarding tuition reduction for students enrolled in doctoral programs will also be held around the same time.)
