Aloha. My name is Cameron Nitta, and I am an instructor at the Practical English Program at Yokohama City University. I was born on the island of Oahu in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii. There, I attended the University of Hawaii where I studied Creative Media and English. After graduation I decided to move to Japan to pursue my teaching career. When I first came to Japan, I lived in Toride City in the Ibaraki prefecture where I taught high school students for five years. I then moved to the Kanagawa prefecture to teach at a few universities and colleges. I enjoy teaching and helping students reach their English language dreams. I look forward to working with you all in class.
