The International Affairs Office provides various forms of support in an effort to help with international students' transition to life in Japan and to improve their experience while studying in Yokohama.

We hold orientations before the start of each semester in which we provide details on registration, on the services available at YCU, and on life in general in Yokohama.

International Activities at YCU
Throughout the year, many activities and programs are organized by student associations and professors in addition to the normal course of study. Participation by international students is encouraged.
Partner Institutions
YCU collaborates with universities and research centers around the world in developing academic and educational cooperative projects and to promote mutual understanding. This includes the exchange of students, training programs for faculty, researchers and administrative staff, joint research projects and symposia, and the transfer of academic information and materials.
