About Payment
Payment for medical treatment is due on the same day. If same-day payment is not possible, please visit Cashier Window No. 10 on the second floor.
You can also pay by credit card. The cards we accept are as follows:

One-time payment, installment payments, revolving payments (AMEX offers two options: one-time or installment payments)
Receipts cannot be reissued, so please keep them in a safe place.

About Insurance Cards (or Other Medical Entitlement Certificates) and Patient ID Cards
· When coming to the hospital, be sure to bring your health insurance card (or other medical entitlement certificate) and patient ID card.
· Insurance cards (or other medical entitlement certificates) are verified once a month. If your insurance card has not been verified in over a month, please present it at the insurance card verification window near the reception desk. If you do not have an insurance card, please be aware that you will be responsible for the payment yourself.
*Please note that the continuing care certificate is valid only for the treatment of the condition stated on the certificate. Please follow the application procedure at the relevant clinical department.
· The patient ID card is shared across departments.
· If lost or forgotten, it can be reissued for a fee of 200 yen. Please inquire at the general information desk.
About Out-of-Hospital Prescriptions
Please take your out-of-hospital prescriptions to a pharmacy outside of the hospital. Your medication will be prepared when you present your prescription. Prescriptions are valid for a period of four days, including the issue date. If you have any questions about out-of-hospital prescriptions or which pharmacies accept your health insurance, please inquire at the out-of-hospital prescription information corner on the second floor.
Parking Information
Parking fee: 300 yen for three hours. Each additional hour costs 100 yen.
Parking pre-payment machines are located on the first floor in front of the disaster prevention center.
Other Information
Before accepting the medical treatment recommended by a doctor or nurse, please discuss the treatment with them until you are fully satisfied with their recommendation. If you have any doubts, please contact us at any time.
Mobile phones should be set to silent mode and used only in designated areas. There are signs in the hospital indicating places where only e-mail is permitted and places where phone calls are permitted.
Smoking is prohibited in the hospital.
