In December 2006, YCU and the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concluded a memorandum of understanding to promote joint research/education and collaboration in the field of medicine and life sciences. On January 29 and 30 of 2008, YCU and FDA co-sponsored an international forum where approximately 750 people attended. The attendees exchanged opinions about their scientifi c interests and concerns over clinical studies from a global standpoint through discussions and presentations of their activity report.
