Course goalsThis course provides students with an understanding of how managers organize people and systems to achieve results with analysis of basic behaviors of humans and organizations especially in today's complex business world.  This course is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
Course outlineThe topics will cover issues related value in the workplace, motivation, group behavior, communication, leadership, conflict, organizational changes and EQ. Students will take a personality test which will help them adapt themselves to effective human resource management of the organizations.
Evaluation Scale and PoliciesThe course does not require any previous knowledge of management. Each student is expected to participate discussion of the topics related case analysis and submit case analysis papers. Graduate students are further expected to write a term paper for analysis of human resource management issues of incumbent organizations. Class Participation 30% Case Analysis  50% Term paper presentation (graduate students) 20% Take home final exam(undergraduate students)     20%
