Course goalsTo understand basic issues of global human resource management and organizational behaviors
Course outlineThis course provides students with an understanding of how managers organize people and systems to achieve results with analysis of basic behaviors of organization especially in today's complex business world. Each component of organizational behavior, individuals, groups and organizational structures is regarded as independent variable and studied how it will affect dependent variables of organizational behaviors; productivity, absenteeism, turnover, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship. Basic topics of Human resource management like recruitment, training and evaluation will help students understand how organizational behavior issues mingle with human resource management in the organizationThe topics of Part1 will cover issues related value in the workplace, cross-cultural management, motivation, and EQ. You will take a personality test which will help you adapt yourself to effective human resource management. The course does not require any previous knowledge of management.
