Admissions policy
It is the policy of Yokohama City University to welcome all applicants and not to discriminate against on the basis of race, national origin and religion. However as almost all teaching in the university is conducted in Japanese and all the brochures and application forms are written in Japanese, all the applicants are expected to be proficient in Japanese.
